While studying fashion at the prestigious Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, London, Deepa Gurnani beaded couture pieces for Alexander McQueen, Ben Maher, Emanuel Ungaro, Fendi, Marjan Pejoski, and more. Working closely with these designers not only enabled Deepa to understand European standards of quality and finish, but also compelled her to experiment with beading and embroidery techniques. This in turn gave her a distinct sense of style and sensitivity to create her own line.

Jay Lakhani, a jewelry designer from the Fashion Institute of Technology, NYC, always dreamt of creating jeweled accessories. Having trained under the head designers of Tiffany and Bulgari, Jay was always drawn to fashion. With basics and black on the rise in fashion, he was keen to create something distinct and unusual-- something that would make a statement and give the wearer a distinct sense of style, glamour and individuality.

Our latest Tulle shipment has brought us some amazing new styles that we can’t get over, like this plaid belted tunic! Available in two different colors, it offers multiple ways of wearing it. By just unbuttoning the tabs at the sleeves it becomes a long-sleeved top, and undoing the tabs at the bottom lengthens it by several inches and eliminates that raglan-style bottom. Pair it with one of our Elise M belts for a defined waist and less casual style and you can wear it with leggings or jeans depending on your preference. We would love the white version paired with our destroyed black True Religion jeans, too! Did we mention that the price is UNBELIEVABLE?!

Our favorite Skinny Boyfriend Jeans by Rich & Skinny paired with a Silk Tiered Blouse by 52 Weekends and a Juicy Couture Cropped Tuxedo Jacket topped off with a Jeweled Bib Necklace and Dolce Vita Beam Pumps.
Quite a mouthful, but absolutely stunning. We love the cuffing of the sleeves and the jeans. The jeans can be uncuffed to a 34” inseam and the blouse is cuffed up from a full sleeve. The contrasting colors and the jeweled necklace complete this look and take it from daytime wear to total glam.

Who doesn’t love an old band t-shirt? You know the one that you can’t get rid of, that you stole from an old boyfriend and then hid from him when you guys broke up. Chaser makes tees with vintage band tour prints that feel like they’ve been worn a few hundred times and our first shipment has just arrived! I think this one might be my favorite of the bunch! The bottom hem has been sheared off to create a loose, asymmetrical hemline, matching the raw edges of the sleeves. I’d personally take a pair of scissors to the neckline, too, and wear it off one shoulder.
